After Sales Care
We reccomend for continued best performance that your Heat pump system is serviced and checked by one of our technicians regularly - Ideally no unit should be left unserviced for more than 2 years or the filters and coil can become severley blocked and performance will certainly decrease.. most domestic unit should have an annual service and commercial and business units even more frequently.
Servicing a unit includes a full system check and a sanitisation and full clean of the system-there is only a minimal fee for this service.
Special treatment of units are available for installations in coastal areas which will enhance the performance and longevity of installations into areas closer to the coastline
